Well, it is September 30, 4:54PM. Markets are closed, banks will close in a few mintues. Tomorrow, I cannot accept credit card payments without accepting liability. Somehow, I'm not surprised that the promised EMV reader isn't here yet. For the last six months, everything PayPal has said about this thing has made it seem as if they could care less about any of their PayPal Here customers.
