hello, i created a paypal account recently and completed all the tasks in the taskboard. i received an email saying that all the tasks have been completed and imits on my account have been remove and now i will be able so send and recive money. However when i log into my paypal account there is one notification on the top. if i click on it, it says: "To receive payments, you need to complete the following tasks as required by Indian regulations" In my task board i see all the tasks are marked "complete" with a green tick. Also remember i got an email saying that my account is active and verified. So i assume this is some interface issue only and my account is active. Hence i create a "buy now" button for my site. On clicking the button to see if it works or not i get an error which says: "This recipient is currently unable to receive money" This means there is some problem with my account in spite of the taskboard showing all task complete and also in spite of getting the "account active" email. i have contacted the customer care but no luck. How to i solve this.
