Hi, can someone explain this situation for me? I live in Trinidad and Tobago and that is the adress I put on my PayPal account. Now I recently made a purchase for an item at $99.95 USD but on my bank statement said $107.58 was deducted from my prepaid card.... When I checked my PayPal transaction info it mentioned something about conversion fee from TTD to USD....but I am confused as to why there was a conversion fee if my card is already in USD currency?? The amount in my card is NOT in TTD...... Why was I forced to pay conversion fee if my card (Visa Travel Money) was already in USD??
