Hello, im new to this forum so please be kind to me lol I made a purchase on eBay but when the item came I was not happy with it as it was not as described. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. I sent the item back and he said he had put the money back into my PayPal account. I checked my account to find the money is in a holding account for 21 days 😡 I have rang PayPal and they said he has made a payment and not a refund payment into my account and that is were the problem is. They told me I have to send him the payment back and then get him to refund it back into my account. I think it's a lot of messing about and I don't know how to do it. I actually think the person deliberately send the payment wrongly as he was not happy I asked for a refund. Any help would be great, thanks Debbie.
