Hi there, I run an online multi vendor marketplace and I'm having a complete nightmare of a time trying to configure the refund process. Currently, paypal adpative chained payments is set up on my website and working correctly: Buyers pay for the item, the payment is sent to the seller (primary reciever) and a fee is paid to me, the site owner as the secondary reciever. However, the issue is with refunds. In the refund API documentation, it states: If the refund involves chained payments, PayPal first moves the money from the secondary receiver to the primary, refunding the secondary's share back to the primary. PayPal then attempts to refund the full amount from primary to buyer. However, unforunutely, it's certainly not working that way for me. When the seller (primary) issues a refund, they seem to be paying the full refund and the secondary reciever gets to keep their share. I would like to to be set up so that when the seller refunds, the fee paid to the secondary reciever is also refunded. So far I have studied this issue for hours on end and hired 2 seperate web developers, both of which failed to find a solution. It's dragged on for nearly a month now trying to solve this. I've also contacted PayPal technical support but have been waiting over a week for a reply. It seems that nobody knows anything about PayPal adapative payments. I have nowhere left to turn. They make things so complicated and confusing that even exprereienced web developers have no idea how to set this up. I'm really stuggling to find anyone who can help, even paypal support has been disapointingly bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you
