I feel really stupid for asking this question, but I really don't know what else to do... I've already sent a help email asking how to search past activity for transactions involving a specific merchant. I got a helpful email in return telling me these steps: To search your History Log, follow these steps: 1.Log in to your account. 2.Click Activity near the top of the page. 3.Click Statements and select Activity export. 4.Click Advanced Search to use the advanced search feature. 5.Enter search information and select Date Range. 6.Click Submit to view. my only problem is that when I go to activity export.... there is no advanced search option anywhere. I all see is a box to the left that has History/Basic Search/ Download my History I see no advanced search option anywhere were I can look up transactions using a merchant's transaction ID or email. What am I doing wrong?
