How does Paypal determine a transaction was legitimate without even talking to you about it? I have no idea who this company is that charged me and now Paypal has closed my dispute without even once responding to my request or getting any details from me. I DON'T KNOW THIS COMPANY so why are they allowed to charge me for something I didn't buy????
