I have had a few problems with packages going to Brazil. Had to refund a couple and now I have it on my exclusion list and only ship there if the customer contacts me before the purchase. I haven't yet found at least any third party insurance company who would insure packages to Brazil. Otherwise I use U-Pic for all the international shipments. I ship almost 50% of my products out of country and unfortunately there are countries I do not ship anymore... just can't afford to refund lost shipments. Sometimes it's very frustrating to be a seller and not really be able to protect yourself against these kind of events...
