My eBay account payment option defaults to PAD, which I have never asked to do.. My PayPal account currently asks me if I want to commence PAD so the two do not appear to tally! How on earth do I resolve this and how can I reverse a pending PAD transaction and pay now like I'd prefer to? Thank you.
