Hello, I currently have a website and was thinking of using Adaptive Payments. To be more precise, my website is a marketplace. Here's how it works : a user on my website pays for a service, we wait for the service to be completed and then send the money to the user who completed said service, once it's done. I was thinking of using Delayed Chained Payments but I had a few questions : 1- First of all, for my website, is Adaptive Payment - Delayed Chained Payments really the best way to go? 2- If a chargeback occurs, who takes care of it? Paypal or me? 3- If the chargeback is won by the credit card's holder, who is responsible for paying back the credit card company? Paypal (who will then put pressure on the person who lost the chargeback to pay them back) or will it be me? 4- I understand that, to use Paypal's Adaptive Payments, I need to have a Business Account. For dealing with Delayed Chained Payments, which one should I go for? Standard, Premium or Pro? 5- The base fee for all transactions with any of these Business Accounts is 2.9% + $0.30, but is it final? I can't seem to find fees anywhere else. When using Adaptive Payments - Delayed Chained Payments, will Paypal always take that fee? Is it more, is it less, does it change? I thank you very much in advance for answering my questions.
