Hello everybody, I have my account suspended since 5th of August and I'm calling PayPal customer service everyday since... I've uploaded and explained everything they asked for and they said everything it's ok. But, I stil have my account suspended because it seems like when they ask me to change my password and security questions they came from different IP's. I already explained them, I'm on my personal computer, at home, everytime I've done that. I've also talked to my internet provider and it seems like they are using dynamic IP (I'm from Romania and the company is called UPC), explained this to PayPal customer service, but nothing happend. I'm really getting tired to call PayPal customer service everyday and get the same answer, I already spent a lot of money on phone calls. Can anybody here could help me, please ?
