A few days back I opened a Dispute—actually intended to dispute 2 charges. The first dispute was regarding an order that I had not received. This first dispute is pending—I guess so far, so good. I have been attempting to file a second dispute to an additional, but unauthorized charge by the same seller. Every time a click on "Report a problem" below the transaction, the "Report Unauthorized Activity" page opens. However, the page is somewhat grayed out and shows blue lines that keep going on circles as though something is trying to load, but it never loads. The other day I tried to file this dispute, and this same thing happened, forgot it was still attempting to load, went to bed and got up the next morning to find that it was still supposedly trying to load. When I try to send a message about the unauthorized transaction, the page tells me to type but the input box shows nothing that I type and a moment or so later it show "conversation closed." Seems to me it takes more than one person to establish a conversation. Sorry if I sound short, it's just that trying to deal these bogus transactions is getting frustrating. Especially since I can't seem to communicate with PayPal about them, not to mention that it seems that the seller no longer exists, and my emails to they're Customer Service get returned as undeliverable. Been using PP going on ten years and til now, never had any kind of problem. If anyone has any other idea how I might be able to report this unauthorized transaction to PP, I sure appreciate hearing about it. Best wishes and have a great day. Charlie
