So im having multiple problems with my paypal, main one being problems with withdrawing money. I get to the transfer money to your bank screen and when i put in the amount and click continue the page just reloads and nothing happens at all, ive tried withdrawing from the mobile app and even desktop, i've cleaned cookies used different browsers and even used multiple internet providers and still the same problem. Also old notifications dont disappear. Also the contact us page on paypal doesnt seem to work from my account i tried to choose a topic to email them and theres no topics.
