That is the risk of buying internationally unfortunately as often it costs more to send it back trackable than is worthwhile. We have more posts on here for item received but not as described / fake from China than anywhere else. However if you can get written proof from a company in writing on letter headed notepaper confirming they are fake then often paypal will award a refund as they are not supposed to get you to return fake items as selling fakes is against the law. If not then your best bet is if you funded your paypal payment with a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
