Hi, I dont know how many people out there have had issues with this particular company, but I certainly have. Here is the lowdown: I ordered a TeamSpeak 3 server from Execore Hosting over a year ago. I was able to access this server for about 5 to 6 months, before all of a sudden it went down. Not only was my server down, but Execore Hosting's ENTIRE site went down. To my knowledge it hadnt come back up as of a month ago. Suddenly today, i get emails from them for invoices wanting payment for another year (as it was an annual contract) I luckilly dont have money on my paypal right now so it didnt get paid. Also, their site is back up. I wanted to try to cancel my services through them, but i cant remember my password for their site, that s when i started having real issues, because their password reset tool is broken and doesnt allow me to choose a new password, then on top of that, i cant contact them either because their "Contact" page brings up a 404 Error. I no longer want their service, but cannot cancel. So, I want to do the next best thing, I wish to be able to "Block" them from my paypal. Is this possible to do? am I able to make it so they cannot charge my paypal anymore? Any answer would be greatly appreciated!
