Hello , the following merchany website offers paypal as a paying option. I succesfully used it before and could pay this way, now i get this messagge when trying to finalise payment. "" We’re sorry. You cannot use your PayPal account registered in (country in quesytion) to send payments to, or receive payments from, other PayPal accounts registered in (Country in question) . You can only use your account to receive international payments, as well as make payments for purchases of goods or services from overseas merchants. "" Please advise on how to correct for this .
