 Is it allowable to send 500-1000 dollars from one paypal account to another with the send money option? Will doing this regularly put me on a watch list?    It works out better this way to keep money in both accounts, so this is the preferred method.  ... View more

There is a Digital PDF textbook I am looking to buy, however the seller isnt very responsive and I cant assure 100 percent he will send the PDF (through email).  It is a manual that he wrote himself, so there is no other way to purchase these manuals.    If he does not send the PDF after payment what are my odds of paypal refunding my purchase? Hypothetically if the PDF he sends isnt what he says it is am I able to get refunded?      ... View more
