I bought 4 units of an item from ebay but couldnt make bulk payents becos of restrictions by my govt. I clicked the cancel icon and it was put on hold by ebay for the seller to respond. I called ebay customer service to explain why i wanted to cancel and they suggested i contacted the seller first. The seller and I agreed that i could pay in installments becouse she claimed she still had to pay the paypal fees if she cancelled. I paid in 3 installments through paypal and right after I fimished paying the seller, to my surprise she still honored the cancel request by cancelling it. I sent her a message to enquire why she cancelled it and she responded by saying my items would be shipped all the same. I made the last payment on the 31st of july and as at today the 5th of august she has still not sent me any shipping detail. I am worried. Am i covered just in case she is about to scam me?
