I sold an item on ebay 70 days ago. Paypal inspected the payment for 2 days but it was cleared after that. It's an online game account so I sent the login infos through email. The buyer recieved it and logged in. I have proof about this. Yesterday the buyer issued a chargeback saying that it was an unauthorized payment. He's still using the account and I have screenshots of it. The buyer is a scammer but I don't know if I can get my money back. I'm 18 years old with no income and I already spent half of the money to get my driving license. My paypal account is -242$ and I can't pay it back if paypal decides to take the payment. i can't finish my driving license either but that's my problem.
