Hi, Last year I opened an account with a company and paid for its services though Paypal. I later closed the account, but didn't think to cancel the arrangement with Paypal. I now wish to open another account with the same company but whilst organising payment once again through Paypal, have been told the old arrangement is still active and I cannot open another. Unfortunately I cannot find how to do this. Can anyone help please?
