Ok, I got limited because paypal wants more documents from me. Ok, I completed everything except 1 little thing. Proof of delivery for a transaction. Here I got a kind of bug. Tried to email to paypal like 10 times, but of course, it's paypal. Hope at last PP community could help me to unlock my account.
