i signed up on www.ally.com for a savings account and i linked my paypal to it. then i tried to get verified by ally and a guy named joe was very rude. i called his number he gave me, but it's disconnected. how can i get back the money i transferred to ally account threw paypal? i deposited money using linked card on paypal.

do not use ally they are scam because i got taken by them. contact paypal they will help you get verified. the better business bureau knows about the ally bank complaints. look up complaints using the ally webite in search on bbb. good luck

i have a amex blue bird card with bank account listed on my paypal account, but amex bank transfer failed when adding money. why is that?
