I set up the mobile pin, verified my phone number, even added a cute picture of myself because my coworker said they look at the photo of you to verify identity, and it wouldn't work. Is there a waiting period after creating the PIN? The self-check registers at Home Despot mention the Anywhere link, which just takes me back to the login page. What am I missing? Tried calling customer service but after 20 mins on hold I was out of lunch break.
