Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear about this experience. If your case still shows a waiting for your response this is normally due to some missing steps to be completed. As mentioned by kernowlass, the best thing is to contact with our Customer Support so they can review this for you to ensure if any docs are missing to be received. You should have also received an email with the steps waiting to be completed.
On other hand, a limitation case is normally reviewed within 24-48 hours once the docs are received. However, if your account has no an actual limitation and just a ‘warning’, this timeframe can be a bit longer. With a warning case your account is still functional and it is not impacted due to review.
