I want to send money to a friend, just a few bucks. I cannot see a tab to send money to "Family or Friends" (this would be the first time I use it). I have my bank account linked to my PayPal as well as my credit card. I live in Israel. Could this be the issue? Does this option exist only for some countries? Thanks for the help.
