I bought something for 2100 usd and paid with PayPal, eBay cancelled transaction saying it was a scam And the person refunded via echeque which usually takes 10 working days to clear. Fine!! I waited then nothing but transaction showing pending. The transaction got cancelled 5 times and PayPal try to remove money over and over again from seller account t which either he cut off PayPal contact with his bank or don’t have enough funds in his account. I had numerous chat messages which took 3 days for response so each time and someone actually said I will get it in 22/6. Days past, I messaged them and they replied they would appreciate my patience whilst waiting. How much more patience do I need? They just reapplied to get money again and I know what’s coming, only for it to fail. Transaction day 24/5/2020 and today it’s 29/6!! Am I not patient enough? I even suggested credit the money to me by making the seller’s account in negative balance and then they can keep trying to pull money but obviously I should not be differing like this. case closed in sellers favour after i returned ite...

item bought for 2750 GBP BUT due to late deliveries, i ad to open case. After i got the item, paypal close in sellers favour. I appealed again as item was badly damaged and counterfeit. Paypal asked e to prove the authenticity and i paid another 250 to get a certificate of authenticity on a world famous paypal acredited authenticator's letterhead. i posted the evidnce to paypal the same day i got asked. then they said rturn the item and upload tracking. which costed me another 26.GBP. then they asked for receipt which i also uploaded the next day. item was out for delivery but seller refsed to collect it from postman. case closed in my favour. But seller appealed and i rang paypal. today i received the status of my claim as ''after careful considerations, we were unable to decide this claim in your favour''. what does this mean? i rang paypal some days ago asking them to contact seller to collect the item. its still at their post office as showed in tracking. what will happen now? on top of 2750 gbo, it costed me an extra 276 to provide what paypal asked me to prove. what does this mean? HEEEEEELLPPPP. i cant even sleep. i lost 2 days from work tying to sort this out and i just cant go through this again as i already lost extra amount of money on top of what the scamming seller had out of me.  ... My case was closed yesterday after I bought a bag for 2750£ off a fraud. She gave me wrong tracking from Royal Mail twice and Since I came to know there is no luck, I opened a case on paypal. Then she gave a totally different tracking to paypal, with a courier called my hermes. This morning, I tracked and saw it was delivered but I never had the parcel. So I rang the courier and they said its gone to Liverpool instead of northampton. Soon paypal saw it was delivered, they closed the case. She send it to a wrong address. Anybody can send anything to a wrong address and say it's delivered but did you bother to check which address its gone to? I now lost 2750 and I lost my trust in paypal. London police know about this fraud and nay contact paypal soo. But what can I do to reopen the case? I rang paypal this morning and explained it shows delivered but the assistant told me he will ask for a copy of tracking showing tracking number and my paypal address printed on it. But before seller had a chance to upload it, the case was closed, heeeelllppppppp. What can I do? ... View more
