You're right Bob, it is NOT your bank. After a fourth call to Payal this morning, I now have a completely different story but they finally admitted they were holding my funds because of a risk that they can't explain. They said it was random. I had issues with my ecommerce website and woomcommerce at the same time and I don't believe it was a coincedence.    I'm pretty miffed about it all today. The rep I got this morning was extremely argumentative with me and then her supervisor wasn't much better.
