Today I received a PayPal email telling me PayPay uses Prerecorded and Text meassaging for sending me legally SIGNIFICANT information. Text messages are blocked (at my request) by my phone company and I have trained myself to detect a prerecorded message and hang up on it within seconds. Then the posted Customer Support # (1 Login, Click "Contact", Click "Call Us") has a prerecorded message that tells me it is a non-working #. MODERATOR, please forward this message to a legally authorized CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative to inform them that I can only be contacted by email or US mail. Thank you.
