hi m so i ordered an item for me , and my firend , i cant add quantity so i bought one , then i bought another , so i opened a dispute for one , it got refunded , but the other i cant open a dispute for it i get this massege , You have already identified an issue with this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Center to view the status of your open cases i cant open a dispute for it , is there another way ? please help
