Hi. on 18.05 i sold an item 19.05 i send item and and buyer confirms it (have video of him reciving it and positive feedback after i send it me to him and him to me) on 20.06 i get invoce from eBay and pay it right away now 23.06 in paypal buyer has started Resolution Center case (only on paypal) and paypal took all my money from paypal now what i want its start resolution with eBay to get my fee money back .. (i dont want this case to get old becouse paypal decesion can take longer then 30 dys) currently im trying to resolve negative balance on paypal ya sure i gave paypal all evidence positive review videos of transaction ... etc only i am intrested now is to start my money back from eBay .. how do i do that thank you very much
