Hi, I am facing the same problem as well. I have contacted the bank but they told me that my debit card is all normal and for sure can do the transaction via paypal. I have tried few times but fail also. May I know is there any setting that I should change? ... View more

Hi, I am not able to do transaction using paypal. The message showing "We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, MasterCard x-3116. This happened because it has been denied by the card issuer." I have checked with my bank and the account is not blocking, it is authorized to do any transaction via paypal. Can anyone help me?
