Carlos I have been trying since 9 this morning gmt...PayPal asst Mikey called me and I logged back out back in tried again ending by FF then split amounts up ...then goods then small amounts....then suggested paying money into my pp acc from card and paying from there...but they can't guarantee that the payment will go thru even then!...it really is beyond me...they know it is me...they know I have a problem...and they admit it is their security system that is stopping the transaction....but they won't override the system ...all I am trying to do is send a deposit if 135 gbp....I have sent monies before under ff to the same recipient...no problem...no one will do anything....all they are recommending is either pay money into PayPal then TRY and pay payment.....if this doesn't work I will have to wait for them to repay the money to my acc...get person to send me a PayPal invoice...then someone has to pay fees....or and this is the best way to try and keep a customer of seven years!!!...use money gram or Western Union,or iMo or bank transfer.....ok I could try these but why can't I use my PayPal account of 7 years where I have done the same transaction to the same person before with no problems....it's if they want me to close my account...and I think this will have to be the outcome because no one seems bothered!
