Trying to reach out to any PayPal people who are in this community for help. Recently there were 2 unathorized transactions took place in my account. I tried to open a case under the Resolution Center. However, when I select the transaction IDs, sytem returns error stating that the IDs were invalid, hence I couldnt report them under Resolution Center. Then I emailing PayPal regarding my incident but till now I have not heard anything back from PayPal (24 hours have passed). What's next? Where can I reach out for help?
