I have had several of my affiliate accounts hacked and the hacker replaced my PayPal email address with his/her own and requested withdrawals. I have the hackers PayPal email and would like to know who this is and get them prosecuted. There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can report this to PayPal so am asking here if anyone knows.
