Help please. 1st ebay sale. Purchaser paid - monies pending in paypal account. Now received email from paypal advising that the payment is on a credit card and I should upgrade to Premier or Business Account. Will not be selling regularly on ebay account mainly use paypal for purchasing things. Do I have to upgrade to obtain the sale monies please? If I upgrade will there be extra fees charged with this sale? and will there be a one off fee to upgrade? Can only see a way of upgrading to a business account where do I go to upgrade to a Premier account. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards AJ
