Hi, I've Recently bought a item off eBay worth £21, I ordered this on the 12th June, yet it hasn't arrived and it's over the due date it should be here! the transaction was done over PayPal, I don't suppose I would be able to contact PayPal for a refund please? Anyone know how? Many Thank's 🙂
