I'm getting more confused by the minute LOL. I suppose I could attribute that to being a senior already well into his 70's? Whatever. OK, so I thought there were three (3) possibilities; one was my existing account, two was adding a "business" account, and three was adding a "premier" account? On my account page, the _only_ option is to Upgrade your account which when clicked, leads me to a choice of adding a business account or upgrading my existing account. Am I missing something? The buttons seem like a committment, and there's no "learn what the benefits are" button LOL under either of these choices. Nor is there any hint that you'll need an additional email account perhaps, or you'll need an additional bank account to tie into the "new" choice. So what you're all telling me is that a normal PayPal account is _ONLY_ meant to send/receive money from family or firends. And the "business" account will give me 100% buyer protection if I buy an item like a Nikon Digital Camera and it turns out its not what the seller represented? Does that work both ways? If I sell an item and the buyer isn't satisfied, is he protected and what does that mean to me as the seller? What I mean is if I sell a old vintage mirror and its pictured perfect but somehow arrives with a chip, I normally would put in a claim to FedEx/UPS/USPS assuming I had insurance to cover the item. Exactly what does the business account do for me in that situation? These questions might sound naiive to some, but I've been using both eBay and PayPal almost since they started. I've sold high-end items like Professional caliber Nikon SLRs and a variety of Nikon lenses from my collection both domestically and abroad with no major issues. I had one guy in France complain about a Nikon motor drive, but we resolved it amicably. So forgive my naiievity, I just want to make sure I'm pushing the correct button and selecting an account I can dedicate to my estate tasks which will drag on, but I seriously doubt thousands of dollars will change hands.
