So, I saw a hockey card on ebay I was interested in, and the seller had it in a 3 card lot for an absurd amount of money for 'Buy It Now'. After the auction ended with no bids or buyers, I messaged him to buy just the one card from the lot, and he agreed. We discussed and agreed on a price, and I sent him 3 payments over the course of a few months totalling half the amount we agreed on. I would message him before I send each payment and he always replied....until recently, I sent him a text message, as we exchanged info and what not, as I was buying the card not through eBay buy sending paypal payments, and now he hasn't replied to any messages in 4 days. I've sent him a text everyday asking what's going on, and nothing! I don't know what to do from here? I know his name and number and he's from calgary. Do I contact paypal? The police?
