If you are asking if there are any pending transactions, there are none whatsoever. My problem is my balance shows that I have less money than I should. I reported this matter on 5th October 2016 but the balance is still incorrect to-date (10th October). Support accept the balance is less than it should be so its not speculation. It has been confirmed. My problem is; they can't tell me how long I should continue waiting. The 72 hour waiting period is over and still nothing so far so how long should I wait and why should I trust what support is telling me when they haven't kept their word in the first place? It's really frustrating. Can't transact with less money.
