Hi folks! Question is at bottom. I got scammed $500 because I responded to her craigslist ad for two Bonnaroo tickets. Anyone who even looks into the matter slightly knows that you have to have a physical item, a coded wristband, to enter the festival. The picture on the ad shows the wristbands, and it is obvious that they are not printed items (it's cloth, for crying out loud). The seller escalated my dispute to a claim after she never sent shipping info. Question: Because the seller claims it was an online/virtual transaction, will my email evidence be enough to prove that my item purchased was a physical entity to be shipped?
