I have used paypal to buy something in google play. Google play refunds money back to me saying it should be back in 5 business days. Google tells me after 1 week paypal got the money. Paypal says they haven't got it. Google says after another week that paypal really got the money. I try to open dispute, gives me an error saying I can't do it. I have no idea what to do, maybe I should contact my lawyer about this because both company's seem to have lost my money
