I've been having the "limited access" problem for several weeks. I've exchanged several emails but haven't received a satisfactory explanation. The alert says there was "suspicious" activity linked to a credit card on my account and gives a date. Problem is there's no activity for that date on my PayPal account or on my credit card. After the last email I asked for documentation showing this "suspicious" activity and never received a response back. Guess that was the wrong question to ask. It bothers me that I'm basiclly being accused of something but I'm not being given any information that I can verify to try to solve the problem or even be able to understand what happened to start with. Looks like I'm not the only person here having this issue so one has to wonder what is truly going on. Any advice is welcome. PS-The resolution center doesn't list any steps for me to follow, which is why I resorted to sending emails.
