Hi thanks for your response. But I don't agree with what you say about me closing my account and saying it's like a shop keeper closing his shop after one shop lifter. A shop keeper would have insurance being a business I'm just a private seller and eventually after several scams by these fraudulent buyers the financial loss starts to add up. I can't afford to take a gamble every time I sell something (although listing in a accurate and honest way) I've had several issues over the years with eBay buyer protection. The last time I was scammed about two years ago it was to the value of £300 and yet both times it's been for wrist watches. One which was antique and they dismantled it preventing me selling it again. It wouldn't bother me as much if Ebay just looked at the evidence I supply. Maybe then they wouldn't be as many fraudsters making Ebay unsafe to trade. It's not just about the money, it's the fact I have always been legitimate and honest throughout yet in the latest transaction the buyer gains a watch, a full refund including return postage costs at my expense and they still had the cheek to leave me my first negative feedback calling me "A fraud!!" They then sent me a email laughing at me saying " I told you that I would get a full refund!!" 🙂 With a smiley face at the end of the message. They returned to me a cheap plastic used watch worth about £2! In October last year I had problems with 12 out of 16 transactions while buying items for a short holiday. I just think is it really worth all this hassle when I can use other sites without these issues. Thanks for your advice regarding telephoning them as I don't have Twitter or Facebook as both sites are full of drama.
