Just got off the phone with PP tech support and they have no help to offer, yet. My issue is about 6 months long. Basically if I try to buy something on a website that offers the option to use PP for payment, I am unable to do so from either of my mobile devices, an iPhone or an iPad. Both have updated IOS, both have the PP app. But everytime I get stuck in this same loop: Loop1-On vendor website, I select PP icon. At thext screen, I log in using my email and password (same password I use when accessing PP website) Loop2-I get an error message telling me something is wrong with my information. Loop3-I reenter the info again, I drop into a screen that says my session time has expired. Re-enter my information. Loop4-I click on a phone icon. It asks for my number and a pin. I enter my number and the pin number chosen for my account many moons ago (not to be confused with the SMS texted number I have sent to me when using a desk computer). Loop3-returns Repeat all of the above at least one more time just to be sure I typed everything without typos. At no time is there an option to have an sms message sent with a code to me, unlike as mentioned above with desktop. Different but result the same when trying to use the PP app to make an online purchase. With that I was told to switch on location services. If I entered a website company name or URL, I was told no such business could be found. Suggestions?
