21 days is the max you have to wait, my average was 7 days when i went through the new seller hold. The actual hold does not last long, just enough to give you a positive reputation and it weeds out the poor sellers. Withdrawals normally take from 2-24 hours unless you get a random security hold but normally you get an email to tell you this.
