I'm having some trouble understanding the Help on this subject. Can someone clarify fees if I send money from my Paypal account in the UK to a family member Paypal account in the USA please? I see references to a 1% fee for UK to USA transfer, but also a $0.30 fixed fee and a 3% USD currency conversion fee. Are all the applicable? From which person's account are the fees deducted? I cannot make sense of the help on these topics. Also, is it possible to set up so this is a regular payment - for example every month? Will the recipient pay a further fee if they transfer from Paypal to their bank account. Looking forward to comments, thank you. Finally, a general comment - the help areas seem much more difficult to follow and more disorganised than they were many years ago when I first started using Paypal. Perhaps someone will pick up this and feedback.
