Hi Guys Im new on Paypal Well the Thing Is I made a deal with a guyThe deal was about Virtual digital Items In a game of steam When i see the gift i gave all the stuff to him But then i didn't see this " You have received a PayPal Gift! This is a payment of $170 EUR .Unfortunately due to the different currencies of both parties, we need to process the transaction The payment may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your PayPal balance. This transaction is non-refundable and is not an applicable to be charged back!" And i wait till Today cause the gift was received 5:07 Pm Yesterday and then today at 6:00 Pm I have no adds To the Paypal Balance ? Also Im worrie About cause the guy Blocked me in his Steam Account im kinda scared cause is a Whole Bunch of time Trading Spend Well My Question is? I will receive The gift? with the money ?
