Today I was notified that my PayPal has been permanently limited for "selling accounts" or "selling netflix accounts". I am assuming this is because my Title involves the term "License Keys" and "Month Subscriptions". The issue with this is that I operate a software company selling license keys for my software... I am in noway selling any type of accounts or netflix items. After research I determined that they are cracking down on these "hacked accounts" .. Obviously this system is automated as two seconds worth of investigation would clearly show my product is software.. How do I fix this issue. PS: The email clearly states that my account is limited without the chance of appeal.
