Created the paypal account initially to send my daughter money using paypal credit. Validated my account MULTIPLE TIMES both paypal credit and paypal sides. Still not able to use that service because the system says it's high risk. Then I goto a store to use it, have my id and everything still system says it's fraud or high risk. Go online to buy instead still no go. So far I have validated my account with the fraud dept 8 times and I'm still not able to do anything. I use to be able to purchase on ebay. Can't do that now either and NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY or how to fix it
