So Paypal can just go into my bank account and take any amount thtat pertains to a dispute that they want with out even investigating the fact that I had posted a refund for over two weeks to the disputed customer who by the way recevied the said items she had purchased . Oh and by the way she also kept the partial item of the listing she bought without returning it. How is this fair ?
